Social Public Health is a movement to advance health-positive actions by targeting institutionalized social norms and interpersonal social behaviors.
Public health practicum & internship fellows learn to map social riskscapes, investigate inequity-driven gaps, and create health-positive content. Fellows develop the skill of interdisciplinary communication to advance institutional change.
Advancing Interdisciplinary Communication is how we Contribute to Public Health.
Using the environmental embodiment model, grounded in stress response system activation, our fellows broaden their imagination for systems change. Through mentorship and training, fellows co-design their practicum, capstone, or internship experience.
